We did it! On Sunday July 21, Software Factory supported the fundraiser campaign “Cycle with Heart” held by the Rotary Club Munich, which involved cycling for a good cause.
Before the event, our trainee Timon and our working student Jonas developed a mobile app in a short period of time, tracking the kilometers traveled by all fundraiser participants. On Sunday, our SF cycle team peddled 267 kilometers together and all 150 registered participants managed more than 6,200 kilometers altogether. With the help of other sponsors and the support of the Bill and Melitta Gates Foundation, 19,450 children can now be protected from polio for life. Nicely done team! And that is just the beginning – future endeavours are planned!
