Project management for thousands of users – integrated into SAP

The challenge for an international industrial group was to implement a flexible project management system for a very large number of users.

Rather than undertaking a costly process of adapting the existing ERP system to meet specific requirements, a Developed our own application for project management. Today, around 10,000 employees the system for recording and managing their projects. The relevant data is then automatically transferred to SAP.

The crucial point here was not the question: „How can we customise SAP accordingly?“

Rather: „Which solution is more cost-effective, flexible and sustainable for this specific process?“

The solution was a bespoke software solution that addresses precisely those areas where off-the-shelf software does not offer the necessary flexibility.
