SF Offsite Meeting 2026

This year, Software Factory GmbH’s now almost traditional off-site meeting took place at the Waldmünchen Youth Education Centre.

This time, the working groups focused on the targeted use of artificial intelligence (AI). In a series of workshops, strategies were discussed, opportunities and challenges assessed, and practical solutions for day-to-day business operations developed. The in-depth discussions gave rise to many innovative ideas and provided valuable impetus for the company’s future development.

As well as the strategic topics, there was plenty of time for team-building on the second day. Divided into five teams, the participants worked together to build a working, ten-metre-long marble run. All teams successfully rose to the challenge. This not only fostered creativity and collaboration, but also significantly strengthened communication between the groups. Naturally, it was great fun as well.

The day’s intensive work was rounded off nicely with a barbecue together in a relaxed atmosphere. This provided an opportunity for personal conversations and further discussion.

The conclusion after three days: particularly in this era of working from home and hybrid working models, face-to-face meetings are more important than ever. Our off-site meeting offers the best opportunity to exchange ideas across different teams, refine our shared goals and strengthen collaboration in the long term.
